What is DBB ball valve？
DBB ball valve is a valve with double shut-off, double cut-off and discharge functions. Double off, double off and discharge valves are applicable to aviation kerosene, light oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, pipeline gas, chemical media and other pipelines. They are ideal devices for cutting off media.
The key to the working principle of double off, double off and relief valve is the action of two sealing sliding plates installed on the cock.
The valve is equipped with automatic relief device (optional). After the valve is completely closed, it can prevent abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber and test the effect of the valve. The valve opening and closing indicator is synchronized with the opening and closing position, which can accurately display the opening and closing status of the valve.
Features of DBB ball valve:
1. During the opening and closing of the valve, there is no contact between the sealing surface of the valve body and the sealing surface of the sliding plate. Therefore, the sealing surface has no friction and wear, the service life of the valve is long and the opening and closing torque is small.
2. During the maintenance of the valve, it is not necessary to remove the valve from the pipeline, just disassemble the valve bottom cover and replace a pair of sliding plates, which is very convenient for maintenance.
3. The valve body and cock are reduced in diameter, which can reduce the cost.
4. The inner cavity of the valve body is plated with hard chromium, and the sealing area is hard and smooth.
